Mapping equality challenges in Greenland

Greenlandic Gender Equality Council

Challenge

The Greenlandic Gender Equality Council needed a stronger evidence base for prioritizing future initiatives and communicating key equality issues to the public.

Approach

Cathrine conducted a research-based mapping of equality challenges in Greenland, combining literature review, data collection and analysis. The work identified central themes, knowledge gaps and areas where targeted communication and action could create the greatest value.

Understanding the customer base

Klub Venus

Approach

Cathrine designed and conducted a survey to map customer profiles, experiences and preferences. The work included survey design, data collection, analysis and the translation of findings into concrete insights.

Result

The project resulted in an analysis with key findings and recommendations, giving Klub Venus a stronger evidence base for decision-making, communication and future development.
